HDS Ltd are guaranteed for a
period of one year from the date
of delivery against defects in
materials and manufacture.
Electrical items are not covered
by this guarantee and will only
be replaced at the discretion of
the company.
HOW TO ORDER
So that we can process your order promptly please follow the
instructions below:-
Orders can be phoned or faxed on the dedicated numbers or
emailed to sales@showcasesdirect.net. In all cases please include
the following information:-
- The part numbers of the showcases you require.
- The quantity of each showcase.
- The finishes required for all components.
- Any optional extras or customised requirements.
- Your contact details -
name, phone and email. - Your delivery address (please advise any delivery restrictions)
- Your invoice address if different from above.
- Payment details -
if you wish to order by phone.
(For security do not give credit card details if emailing order)
We will then advise you of the total cost including VAT and delivery
and a delivery date, then take your payment details.
PAYMENT
We accept most credit and debit cards and ‘PayPal’ payment.
Please have this information available when your order has been
confirmed. You can also make payment by cheque, this will take
up to seven working days to clear, or by BACS transfer. We can
also issue a pro-
Invoice will be supplied. Payment will be taken when your order
is processed and prior to despatch.
DELIVERY
Delivery is charged at cost and is sent by dedicated door to door
transport. Help may be required to off load. Frameless showcases
are supplied flat-
this is undertaken by two people. Our delivery drivers do not unpack,
assemble or fit shelves doors or lighting. If you require this service
please advise prior to delivery as this can be undertaken at extra cost.
Showcases must be inspected upon delivery and any damage notified
to the delivery driver and to ourselves immediately.
RETURNS
If you wish to return any standard specification showcases they must
be undamaged and returned at your own expense. A refund will be
given on receipt, less a handling charge.
Custom made showcases can only be returned with the permission of
the company and a refund will be based on the expected resale value.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While HDS Ltd will make every effort to supply goods to the specification, price and delivery
date agreed at time of order, however the following may effect this agreement.
Acceptance of an order for goods will not result in an obligation to supply those goods until
full payment has been received or other arrangements have been made to guarantee payment.
Specification and prices may change without prior notice and do not include VAT or delivery.
Delivery dates specified will be a guide only and HDS Ltd shall not be held liable for the
consequences of any delays.
The purchaser shall not be entitled to cancel on the grounds of delay in delivery.
Any goods returned for whatever reason, other than damage in transit, will be at the purchasers
expense and a refund given based on an estimated re-
